What you'll do...

• Provide Customer Service and Communication: Prepare and communicate plans to evolve our stores to reflect an Omni sales future, support our business partners as they go through the omni transition, provide guidance and recommendations; resolve issues, answer questions, obtain information, and communicate solutions.
• Provide Project Plans and Solutions: Using data insights to develop floor plans and changes that reflect market trends; provide guidance and advise on next steps for customer questions or concerns; promote the application of insights to support merchandise strategy and omni solutions.
• Manage Processes : Establish timelines, workflows, and requirements; develop training; create and distribute necessary documentation; manage and verify functionality of key processes and controls; load appropriate information.
• Manage Customer Requests : Utilize analytical tools; extract and consolidate relevant data; determine layout and formatting; analyze best delivery methods; identify root cause and solutions in supported systems.
• Analyze Information : Create, maintain, and evaluate data; compare data with third-party information, budgets, or actual results; analyze risks or compliance concerns; analyze financial data and key performance indicators; utilize financial models and tools; conduct analyses for special and recurring projects.
• Provide Data-Driven Insights : Evaluate ongoing analytical needs; report data-based insights; collaborate with internal and external business partners; provide expert advice on best practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
