Job Description

This role provides senior management with an ongoing, objective, and independent view of industrial safety performance on projects. It involves creating a framework of policies, procedures, and processes for construction safety management, ensuring accountability, standardization, and adherence to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the safety organization and develop long-term strategic goals and direction for corporate safety management systems.
Support safety processes, procedures, and training needs.
Monitor and evaluate contractor safety programs, including OCIP cost.
Lead behavior-centered safety initiatives and oversee incident reporting and investigations.
