Summary of duties:
Provide marketing and administrative support to marketing staff. Administrative duties include supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies. As the marketing assistant, you will collaborate with our marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your contribution will help develop and execute our marketing strategy. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the setup, facilitation and completion of external and internal marketing events.
• Prepare promotional materials to support B2B marketing initiatives.
• Support reputation management and patient experience initiatives using digital technology and online reputation management software.
• Maintain marketing collateral management systems so that assets are accurate and accessible to the team.
• Work with the printing company to ensure marketing collateral is distributed in a timely manner.
• Be a go-to resource for new team members to understand how to work with the marketing department
Requirements:
• A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practice
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoy collaborating with team members, company employees and vendors to understand the needs of the marketing department
• Be service minded –likes to find solutions to problems and help people in any way possible.
