We are currently seeking an experienced Media Buyer to join our team and help drive our growth through effective and efficient multi-channel media buying. Your expertise in orchestrating integrated marketing strategies will be essential in maximizing our reach and driving growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the media landscape, including digital and traditional channels, and be able to identify the best strategies for reaching target audiences. The successful candidate will also be responsible for negotiating contracts with media vendors, monitoring campaigns, and ensuring that all campaigns are meeting their goals.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Develop and implement advertising campaigns across various platforms, including paid social, paid search, and programmatic advertising.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to optimize campaign performance.
• Manage campaign budgets and bids to ensure maximum return on investment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategy and coordinate with direct mail efforts and call center initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Provide weekly reporting and insights on campaign performance, and make recommendations for future campaign optimizations.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience working in the fintech industry or a high-growth environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or data visualization tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex data and insights.
