About the Position:

We are looking for a dynamic Remote Staff Supervisor to oversee and guide our remote staff members across various departments. This individual will be responsible for training new hires IN OFFICE, maintaining communication and team engagement, and ensuring that remote departments meet their goals effectively. A key aspect of this role will be the ability to quickly learn processes and systems while driving productivity and a positive team culture.

Epic software experience required.

Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Team Leadership & Supervision: Oversee multiple remote departments, ensuring that all team members are aligned with company goals and productivity standards.
  • Training & Development: Conduct IN-OFFICE training for new hires, ensuring they are well-equipped to excel in their roles and integrate seamlessly into the remote environment.
  • Effective Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for remote staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team performance and provide ongoing coaching and development to optimize team efficiency and morale.
  • Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Address any operational challenges or issues that arise with remote departments, offering solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with other department heads to ensure smooth coordination and the achievement of company-wide objectives.

MUST HAVE MEDICAL AND HIGH CALL VOLUME EXPERIENCE.

This position is remote, but will require 3-4 weeks of training IN OFFICE.

Salary:
  • This position pays $25-$28, depending on experience

Qualifications of a Strong Candidate:
  • Proven experience in managing or supervising remote teams, preferably in a multi-department environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide remote staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a positive, cohesive team culture.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel in-person for training and team-building purposes as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using remote communication tools and project management software.
  • Previous experience in a remote supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience with training and onboarding remote employees.
  • Familiarity with a variety of remote work platforms and productivity tools.
