Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical Director to join our dedicated team at a leading provider of mental health services for youth. In this critical role, you will provide expert medical oversight and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for adolescents in our residential recovery program.
What You'll Do:
Provide Medical Leadership: Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, prescribe and manage medications, and ensure the highest quality of care for our young patients.
24/7 Availability: Provide on-call medical support to the program, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to urgent needs.
Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with a team of experienced clinicians, including therapists, nurses, and case managers, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Advance Clinical Practice: Stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practices in adolescent mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
Contribute to Program Development: Contribute to the development and improvement of clinical protocols and best practices within the program.
What You'll Bring:
Medical Expertise: MD/DO or RN with Masters in Nursing (FNP-BC, PNP-BC, or ENP-BC) with prescriptive authority.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in primary care, emergency medicine, and/or addiction medicine.
Strong Clinical Skills: Expertise in assessing and treating adolescents with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other members of the care team.

Salary range: $66,256.37 - $128,000 per year.
