We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to support our medical records and disability claims processing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately logging and updating request information, including patient names, contact details, disability information, and medical facility data, into internal systems.

Key responsibilities include verifying and entering data from request forms, following up with dialysis facilities and state disability offices to track the status of medical record requests, and ensuring timely communication and follow-through. You will also assist in cleaning up legacy records and supporting the transition into a new database by accurately transferring and formatting patient data.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable making follow-up calls, and capable of maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Skills and Requirements

ANY Healthcare/clinical background (basic Medical records previous experience or went to school for hospital admin)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Comfortable with phone-based customer service, including calling clinics to request and follow up on medical records (script provided)

Previous administrative or data entry experience

Basic proficiency in Excel, including tasks like filtering and sorting data
