RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must be able to assemble tubes by hand with or without the use of fixtures
Must repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts
Must be able to maintain welding equipment
Must be able to perform finish grinding applications using manual and power tools
Must set fixture and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.) as required
Must have knowledge of wire and filler materials and gases applicable for various steel alloys

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED.
3+ years of Welder experience
Must be a certified welder.
Must be proficient in assigned MIG and TIG welding techniques
Must have knowledge of wire and filler materials and gases applicable for various alloys, working knowledge of fixturing and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.).
Must have the ability to read blueprints, especially weld requirement symbols.
