Job Description

We are seeking an experienced detail-oriented and organized Motor Vehicle Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing vehicle registrations, titles, and related documentation, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years as a motor vehicle clerk and possess strong customer service skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Benefits:

• Compensation: $21 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain vehicle inventory records
• Coordinate vehicle transfers between locations
• Prepare and process vehicle titles and registrations
• Assist customers with vehicle-related inquiries

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years as a motor vehicle clerk at an automotive dealership
• Strong knowledge of titling procedures for New York and New Jersey
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Works well with a team
