Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery Charge Nurse  

Location:  New Jersey (Traveler RN Role - Multiple Locations in NJ) 

Duties:  

Job Summary:  

The RN Charge Nurse in L&D will supervise nursing staff, oversee unit operations, and ensure quality care for patients. This role involves leadership and coordination within the Labor & Delivery unit. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Supervise and manage nursing staff in L&D. 

• Oversee unit operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies. 

• Provide leadership and mentorship to other nursing staff. 

• Coordinate patient care and advocate for best practices. 

Required Skills & Experience:  

• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience with leadership responsibilities. 

• Experience in managing unit operations. 

Education:  

• Required: ASN. 

• Preferred: BSN. 

Required Certifications & Licensure:  

• BLS-AHA, NRP, NJ State RN license. 

• Leadership certifications preferred.
