What We Are Looking For
Aspire365 is actively seeking Nutritionist/ Health Coach to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals and families. This is a contracted position.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Completes nutritional assessments for high-risk clients and develop individualized goals for patients that need dietary intervention
Provides therapeutic interventions for high-risk individuals with medical conditions/ mental health conditions as determined by the interdisciplinary treatment team
Maintain a caseload of health coaching and life coaching clients
Development of Educational Materials and Facilitate groups: Create professional resources, such as handouts and clinical guides, tailored to educating patients on managing specific medical conditions through diet.
Qualifications
Certified Nutritionist or Health Coach
Requirements
One year of Nutrition counseling preferred
Experience with working in a clinical setting
An ability to work with at risk populations including those with eating disorders
