Job Responsibilities:

• Escort inbound packages
• Count packages and record tracking # daily using scanner and laptop.
• Release package to designated Staff for completion of inbound activity.
• Escort Authorized Staff to IT Storage
• Escort Authorized Staff to move assets out of IT Storage
• Watch any material movement between the buildings
• Ensure Personal belongings are not permitted in the Work Area.
• Ensure that the space is devoid of any personnel during lunch hours.
• Ensure that no contractors are inside the building at the end of the day 5 PM EST.
• Ensure that all subcons sign the attendance register for the first sign in last sign out. (Entry & Exit register)
• Esure authorized visitors are entered in the visitor register and escort them to the specific area/admin within building based on need.
• Release outbound packages for pickup from Room in the evening.
• Janitorial Services to be overseen.
• To inform immediately any violations to supervisors over phone call/ email.
