First Student , North America’s leading school transportation provider, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance and supporting safe environments for our drivers, monitors, and technicians.
What You’ll Do (Major Responsibilities): - Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and promote safe, collaborative environments.
- Upload and maintain compliance data for assigned locations.
- Review all documents for accuracy before entering into the compliance system. Communicate document issues to the location and provide support to resolve.
- Troubleshoot challenges with the compliance program platform and escalate to Driver Compliance Supervisor as necessary.
- Support on-site location activities as assigned.
- Perform other responsibilities as required.
What You’ll Need (Qualifications): Education/Certifications: - High school diploma or equivalent
Experience/Skills: - Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and social skills
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team structure
