Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the Office Technician (Typing) is responsible for performing tasks associated with reception duties, mail services, courier services, security cards, forms management and posting tags. The incumbent works collaboratively with Department staff to develop and enhance the mail services and forms management efforts by successfully completing assignments, managing daily workflows, and reacting to constantly changing priorities. The Office Technician (OT) utilizes Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and an Enterprise Records Management System (ERMS) to successfully organize and coordinate reception duties, mail services, and records management.
