Position Summary
As a Bartender, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional service during a variety of events including corporate banquets, weddings, private gatherings and exclusive VIP events.
Every event is different, and we value individuals who can adapt with a positive attitude to last minute changes and unique client needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Must have an up-to-date TABC Certificate and Food Handlers Permit.
• Assist with setting up/ breaking down bar area.
• Communicate clearly with Customers to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization during and after events.
• Manage Inventory ensuring all supplies are stocked.
• Follow directions from supervisors and event captains to meet client expectations.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
• Ability to adapt quickly and stay calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
