Department: Operation Management Department

Position: Associate - Operation Specialist

Reports To: AVP/VP

Supervision: None

Overview: Process business operations within the Operational Management Department, including corporate banking, loan operations, and treasury back-office functions as assigned by the department head.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Support:
• Assist in daily business processes.
• Perform assigned tasks across various operational areas.
• Complete additional duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Demonstrates high-quality management and accuracy.
• Maintains strict confidentiality.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret operational manuals and write routine reports.
• Proficient in speaking effectively with organizational employees.
