Fine Dining Server, you will prepare tables, assist guests, provide buffet instructions, refill beverages, address concerns, and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service, while maintaining a professional and discreet approach during meals.
What We Offer
- Pay of $15.00 per hour
- 1st shift, 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- 2nd shift, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Work hours may vary based on guest needs

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in hospitality
- Fine dining serving experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
What You’ll Do as a Fine Dining Server
- Set up tables with a focus on cleanliness, sanitation, and proper organization
- Reset and prepare tables for the next shift efficiently
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival
- Provide clear instructions on the buffet dining process
- Refill beverages promptly and as needed
- Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and with a positive attitude
- Assist guests with dining needs discreetly, ensuring minimal disruption during business meetings
- Perform wake-up calls during morning shifts upon request
- Complete additional tasks
