What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating eye-catching short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
• Designing scroll-stopping graphics, memes, and infographics
• Writing engaging content—some storytelling, some industry insights, all creative
• Staying ahead of social media trends and incorporating them into our strategy
• Helping keep our content calendar organized and on track
• Bringing new ideas to the table—we want fresh, bold, and unique content

Requirements

What You Need to Have

• Experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar tools
• A portfolio of previous creative projects (school projects, social media work, personal content, etc.)
• A strong understanding of branding and marketing strategies
• Social Media Savvy – You understand TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook and what makes content go viral
• Creative Mindset – You can think outside the box and come up with fun, engaging content ideas
• Visual Skills – You can design cool graphics and edit short-form videos
• Writing Skills – You know how to craft a message that grabs attention
• Trend Watcher – You keep up with memes, viral challenges, and marketing best practices
• Adaptable and Collaborative – You work well with a team and are always open to new ideas
