We are seeking a dynamic and experienced agent to join our Nashville team, this position would be a combo of a creative agent, as well as a fashion/beauty partnerships agent. The ideal candidate will have a robust network in the entertainment realm, as well as the fashion & beauty industry, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for connecting stylists with high-profile clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client Representation

• Will be responsible for representing a roster of existing beauty artists, securing celebrity booking opportunities for fashion shoots, red carpet events, music videos, street style, and personal events, as well as acquiring new clients.

Networking + Relationship Management

• Connect with brands that have a presence in Nashville to further develop brand relationships on the ground and connect the brands with artists.
• Attend events to network with brand representatives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with celebrity +talent teams, publicists, brands, etc., overseeing the logistics required to book beauty jobs.

Contract Negotiation

• Negotiate contracts and terms for artists, ensuring favorable agreements that align with both artist and client objectives.
• Experience with Deal memos and invoicing for beauty artists is a plus.

Brand Development + Market Analysis

• Work closely with the Brand Partnership + PR department to help artists to enhance their personal brands, providing guidance on portfolio development and social media presence.
• Stay informed about beauty trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and opportunities for stylists.
• Monitor and analyze the success of styling projects, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a styling agent or in a similar role within the fashion or beauty industry.
• Strong network of contacts in beauty, media, and entertainment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of fashion trends and the ability to predict industry shifts.
• Creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for personal branding and storytelling.
• Experience with campaign ideation, content planning, and execution.
• Updated on industry trends and Celebrity Artist practices to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge, making research of the target audience, closest competitors, experts.

At The Only Agency, we value in-person collaboration. The ideal candidate will be based in Nashville and able to work in-person 4 days a week. 

The offered salary for this role will be based on factors such as experience, education, skill set, geographic location, and the specific responsibilities of the role.
