As an Automotive Parts Counter Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting with parts identification, order fulfillment, and product recommendations. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive the right parts, along with expert advice and outstanding service. • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Accurately identify and recommend automotive parts based on customer needs.
• Process sales transactions, including parts orders and returns.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and stock room.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding parts compatibility and installation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.

• Prior experience in an automotive parts or retail environment is a MUST (at least 1 year experience)
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and systems
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
