Responsible for general clinic office functions that support efficient and effective patient care
including patient registration, insurance verification, collection of applicable co-insurance and/or co-payments and scheduling of diagnostic and follow-up appointments and answering phones.

1.Greets patients as they arrive and manage appropriate standard wait times.
2. Complete check-in and check-out tasks to include patient demographic verification,
insurance verification, complete pre-authorizations and/or precertification of procedures, and
copy required documents.
3. Collects co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles and issues receipts.
4. Manages cashier box and daily deposits according to company policies.
5. Processes walk-in patients and visitors.
6. Periodic disinfection/cleaning of lobby area.
7. Answers phones and schedules appointments.
8. Answer telephone calls, re-direct calls as appropriate, assist callers with questions or
concerns, and take messages as needed.
9. Manages medical records (maintains, files/scans, prepares for schedule).
10. Ensures all correspondence is scanned and/or filed, processes requests for medical records
release and maintains appropriate logs, etc.
11. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the
public.
12. Performs all other related duties as assigned

What are the hours? 8:00am – 5:00pm Lunch from 12:00-1:00. No training hours we will work with them in clinic.

Are their additional health screenings required besides a drug and background check? That and all these (TB blood test, MMR, Varicella, Hep B titers, respirator medical clearance)
TB blood screen, Hep B titer, MMR, and Varicella Titer, and depending on the results if you're non-immune, is when we request immunizations. You will also need to have a TDaP vaccine on file that has been done within the last 10 years, and if you don't have that we will send you a voucher to get that completed. If you happen to be non-immune to something, but have proof of historical vaccines (such as childhood immunizations) then we can take those for non-immunity as well
