BroadPath is hiring a  Payroll Support Representative to join our remote team and work from home. Our detail-oriented and passionate  Payroll Support Representative will be responsible for ensuring people get paid accurately and on time. • Process and validate payroll data with precision, directly impacting our employees' financial well-being
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, ensuring every payment is accurate
• Take ownership of payroll data integrity across our systems, including:
• Processing time-sensitive payroll documents
• Performing precise data entry with attention to detail
• Creating and maintaining secure data backups
• Managing multiple database systems simultaneously
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries via phone, email, or chat 
• Educate employees on payroll policies and processes 
• Maintain records of inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions 
• Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance 

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
• Minimum of 6 months of stable work history
• 6 months of data entry experience
• Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and comfortable with navigating CRM software and payroll systems
• Ability to use web-based applications and data entry tools
• Experience with multi-system toggling for efficient task handling 

Preferred Experience:  

• Previous payroll administrative experience
