Job Title: Registered Nurse Pediatrics/Triage

Location: Old Street Rd, Peterborough, NH 03458
Duration: 13 weeks contract
Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours - Saturday rotation 8a-12p

Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $63.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,520.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $27.30
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,092.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,428.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $67.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,680.00

We are seeking an experienced Pediatrics Office RN to provide and coordinate professional nursing care in a busy outpatient setting. This role functions independently within established nursing practice guidelines and medical direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Perform triage and telephone nursing (approximately 80% phone-based patient interaction )
• Collaborate with providers and care teams to support individualized treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and care plans
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and Medical Assistants
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Pediatric experience REQUIRED (all age groups)
• Triage / telephone nursing experience REQUIRED
• Strong communication skills regarding medications, diagnoses, and medical history
• Clinic or medical office experience REQUIRED
• Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
• BLS (AHA)
