People Operations Coordinator Location Austin, TX : What to Expect The People Operations Coordinator drives our mission by supporting the broader People Operations and Programs team and cross-functional partners across the business to help ensure Tesla is a great place to work for everyone. This is a hands-on tactical role that provides support in the areas of Unemployment Claim processing. As well as tier 1 support to our internal teams that provide a strong employee experience. A successful candidate in this role will be a strong communicator and able to easily coordinate task completion and organization of large volumes of data. What You'll Do

• Work in close partnership with People Operations team members and HR partners to support completion of unemployment claims, hearings, and tasks
• Support Tesla Case Management Inquiries
• Partner effectively with center of excellence groups including HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, and IT to identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and system processes
• Ensure internal customer inquiries are answered and/or properly routed in a timely manner
• Be able to run reports and conduct basic analysis on data
• Perform weekly audits of system data and partner with external vendors to reconcile
• Support any other People programs as needed
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
• Strong skills using Microsoft Suite, SharePoint and operating HROS systems
• Proven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks
• Evidence of exceptional interpersonal skills
• At least 1 year of experience in HR or related fields
• Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
• Independent multi-tasker who can work in a fast-paced energetic environment
