Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: + Develop strong, personalized relationships with private banking clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all financial needs. + Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction, identify evolving needs, and provide proactive solutions. Financial Solutions and Advice: + Assist clients with deposit accounts, personal loans, lines of credit, and other banking products. + Work closely with wealth managers, portfolio advisors, and other internal teams to coordinate and deliver comprehensive financial solutions tailored to each client's goals. + Offer guidance on banking technology, digital tools, and services to enhance the client experience. Service Excellence: + Provide white-glove service to high-net-worth individuals and families, ensuring every interaction reflects the utmost professionalism and discretion. + Manage complex transactions while maintaining strict attention to detail and regulatory compliance. + Resolve client concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively. Business Development and Networking: + Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with existing clients by recognizing cross-selling or upselling opportunities. + Proactively prospect for potential clients through community and professional networking events. + Refer clients to other specialized departments, such as mortgage advisors, insurance, or investment management, as appropriate. Operational Accuracy and Compliance: + Handle all transactions and account activities accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. + Safeguard confidential client information and uphold the integrity of the Private Banking division. Requirements Education and Experience: + Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred. + Minimum of 2 years' experience in banking, financial services, or a high-touch customer service role, ideally in private or personal banking. Skills and Attributes: + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with discerning clients. + Knowledge of financial products and services, including deposit accounts, lending, and cash management solutions. + Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing client-centric solutions. + High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment. + Familiarity with banking technology, CRM tools, and digital platforms is a plus.
