About the Facility:

Join a respected, skilled nursing facility in Ideal, known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you're a new grad or seasoned PT.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated Rate Range: ≈ $45 - $50/hr , depending on experience, setting, location, and status
• Full-Time Benefits Include:  Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, and more
• Continuing education support
• Some positions offer a sign-on bonus or relocation

‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Document patient progress using EMR systems
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

✅ Qualifications:

• Graduate of an  accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current GA License (or eligible to obtain)
• New grads and experienced PTs welcome!
• Strong communication and time management skills
