We are seeking a Plant Controller for a leading supplier and manufacturer of automotive components, recognized by Forbes as one of the best large employers in the United States!
**Summary**
The Plant Controller serves as a trusted partner to both plant and financial management, overseeing and controlling the financial operations of the local manufacturing plant. This role includes preparing periodic financial reports, maintaining accounting records, ensuring internal controls, and managing budgeting processes to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company's financial reports.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Experience in an accounting or finance role within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in cost accounting
- Experience collaborating with plant management on financial decisions
