A bit about us: We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience leading plumbing projects. The Plumbing Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all plumbing operations, including installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial plumbing systems. This role will require a high level of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Job Details Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead plumbing projects, ensuring all work is completed on schedule and to the highest standard of quality.
- Supervise and direct a team of plumbers and apprentices, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required.
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling,
lubricating, and industrial processing systems.
- Ensure all plumbing work complies with relevant codes and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify and fix problems before they escalate.
- Collaborate with other trades and departments to coordinate work and ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and uphold safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings and ensuring all work is carried out in a safe manner.
- Provide regular reports on work progress, issues, and solutions to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a plumbing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
- Experience leading commercial and industrial plumbing projects
- Strong knowledge of industrial plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to train and mentor junior team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Commitment to safety and quality, with a thorough understanding of relevant codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, other trades, and senior management.
- Valid driver's license.
