### How You'll Make an Impact:
- Deliver High-Quality Products: You will define and develop internal CMS and site product features by creating user stories with clear criteria. Your work will ensure all requirements are well understood by stakeholders, users, and the development team.
- Drive Squad Execution: Lead cross-functional teams, including design, development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time. You'll foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement.
- Technical Expertise: Collaborate with the development team to ensure product features are feasible, scalable, and align with the company's tech roadmap. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
- Prioritize and Manage Backlog: You will build, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on features that best meet customer needs and business goals. Ensure the backlog reflects customer feedback and evolving priorities.
- Customer-Centric Focus: You'll develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and motivations. Your decisions will be data-driven, leveraging analytics and user feedback to create the best possible solutions.
- Workflow Management: Create and maintain detailed workflows and diagrams to visualize product development from ideation through post-launch. Identify and implement improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data and analytics to inform decisions, measure product success, and identify opportunities for improvement. Work with the analytics team to create metrics and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile principles to ensure an iterative approach to product development. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, retrospectives, and feedback loops.

### What You'll Need:
- Experience: 2-5+ years of experience in digital product management or product ownership, particularly in web, fintech, or media/advertising companies.
- Data-Driven: Proven ability to use metrics and data to make informed decisions. Experience with analytics, A/B testing, and statistical significance is essential.
- Agile Background: Familiarity with Agile principles, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Confidently present technical information to non-technical audiences.
