Job Description:

Position Overview: The Production Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our production and inventory management processes. This individual will be responsible for various administrative and operative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with production control and inventory orders.
• Perform document scanning and management.
• Oversee paper and archives control.
• Coordinate driver dispatch and control.
• Handle other administrative and operative tasks as needed.
• Stock room organization. must pull and lift up items to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Skills in managing Excel and other computer and digital devices.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of inventory management and control.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
