Liquid Agency is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is a remote, work-from-home position, but you must be located in the US and available to work primarily west coast hours.

What you’ll do:
Lead projects with a proactive, problem-solving mindset , empowering and motivating teams to deliver their best work.
Own the end-to-end project workflow , ensuring accurate scoping, budgeting, and resource management.
Manage project financials , tracking budgets, profitability, and margin targets to drive fiscal responsibility.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external clients , ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Identify potential project risks early and implement strategic mitigation plans.
Maintain and enforce best practices in digital production to ensure smooth project execution.
Work across internal teams, external partners, and vendors to drive alignment and efficiency.
Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment while maintaining quality.
What you bring:
4-5+ years of project management experience in a professional services or digital agency environment.
Expertise in digital production workflows , including CMS platforms, web development, and creative processes.
Experience working with developers, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into structured project plans and development tasks.
Knowledge of site analytics, tracking codes, and digital optimization strategies .
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail , with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with client-facing experience .
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously , maintaining quality and efficiency.
