About the Role

We are looking for QA Lead Engineer who has prior experience in Salesforce Testing and own an end-to-end functional Testing for the applications with an ability to lead and mentor the QA team with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives. Ability to work with multiple stake holders onshore and offshore.
• Prepare Testing cycle Scenarios based on high level design and business requirements
• Perform Regression Smoke test of Salesforce modules based on technical Functional designs, following best practices, ensuring expected design quality
• Conduct peer review, guide team members.
• Status reporting of the tasks complete by team as per agreed schedule and budget.
• Ability to test the functionalities developed using Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Configuration, and Customization.
• Ability to test Salesforce Integration, Sales-Service Cloud
• Writing the Test cases and Test Scenarios project on custom development using Force.Com
• Exposure to Lightning, Lightning Components, Apex code, Triggers, Salesforce Automation will be a value add
• Need to have Troubleshooting skills and familiarity in Salesforce.

Who you are:

• Progressive experience of 12-14 years performing software testing or related functions and having 6 plus years of Salesforce Testing
• 5+ experience in software automation testing, designing and supporting automation with Selenium & Java scripting experience
• Adept in creating and maintaining automation frameworks via API and GUI-based approaches.
• Technical Stack - Automation, Selenium, Java, API Testing, GUI, SDET, engineer in test,
• Knowledge in tools like QuerySurge, Practitest, Orchestrator, JIRA is added advantage

Education:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
