Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you’ll engage with company executives and clients to support their real estate portfolio through sales and acquisitions of portfolio assets. In addition to servicing an existing account of properties, you will begin to build a book a business and help grow our services offering.
This position is perfect for a motivated, licensed real estate professional who wants to build a strong foundation in both real estate sales and the broader business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Arcan executives, prospective and existing clients to build relationships and drive sales opportunities.
  • Assist on sales of portfolio assets and properties.
  • Heavy local and moderate regional travel to understand and show listed and potential properties.
  • Strategize with company executives to grow and expand the sales and acquisition platform.
  • Manage and grow the systems and processes of the business unit to deliver results.
  • Assist in evaluating market data and trends to support company growth initiatives.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of local market conditions and competitive properties.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through effective prospecting and follow-up.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and residents, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
  • Participate in training and development to strengthen sales techniques and expand real estate knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Active real estate license (required).
  • Strong sales mindset with a proven ability—or desire—to meet goals and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn about property management and acquisitions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow within the company.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

Education & Experience (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Experience in real estate sales, leasing, or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
