Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer to join our dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about capturing stunning visuals and making an impact in the real estate industry. As a photographer with us, you'll help real estate professionals showcase properties through high-quality imagery, immersive virtual tours, and aerial shots.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality interior and exterior photos for both residential and commercial properties, ensuring each image highlights the property's unique features.
Utilize HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography techniques to create vibrant, balanced, and natural-looking images.
Operate a 360-degree camera to produce engaging virtual tours that bring listings to life.
Take aerial photos and videos using a drone, offering unique perspectives of properties. (A valid Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is required for drone operations.)
Maintain photography equipment to ensure it's always in excellent working condition.
Work independently with a keen eye for detail, while also building professional relationships with clients.
Travel to various locations for shoots, utilizing reliable transportation.

Required Qualifications:

Active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate for drone operations.
Ownership of professional-grade photography equipment, including a DSLR/mirrorless camera, wide-angle lens, 360 camera, and drone.
A strong portfolio showcasing previous real estate photography work.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently in different environments.
Professionalism in interacting with clients and a passion for delivering exceptional visual content.

Additional Information:

No editing or media delivery is required as part of this role, allowing you to focus on the creative side of photography.

Salary: $ 40.00 50.00 Per Hour
