• Build relationships with prospects through phone calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings
• Attend regular coaching, training, and accountability sessions to refine sales and negotiation skills
• Assist buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate process with professionalism and attention to detail
• Manage leads through CRM tools and follow-up systems
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
• Represent the team with integrity and align with company goals and culture
Qualifications:
• Real Estate License (or actively pursuing one)
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the industry
• Exceptional communication and people skills
• Must be self-motivated and goal-driven
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
