Position: Recruitment Assistant / Interview Scheduler

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant / Interview Scheduler to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for our clients and candidates.
Please note: This is a remote position open to candidates currently residing in the United States. Were unable to consider applications from outside the U.S. at this time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information and updates regarding their application and interview process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and interview schedules
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Attend job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting background checks
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Passion for sports and understanding of the sports industry is a plus
