RDA Qualifications:

• Loves dentistry and working with a team of dedicated people.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant.
• Working experience as a RDA and the ability to perform duties under your licensure. 
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Dentrix/Dexis experience a plus.
• Experience with an intraoral scanner for digital impressions.
• Dental sterilizing knowledge and infection control protocols.
• Understands OSHA health and safety regulations.
• Understands patient privacy and HIPAA standards.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, organized and possesses problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressured situations.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of a RDA position. 
• Able to follow instructions and take direction from the Doctor, Office Manager or Clinical Lead. 
• Willing and open to learn new systems, technology and equipment.
• Reliable and trustworthy with stellar attendance.
• Able to work hours set forth for this position.
  • Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 5:00pm
  • Fridays as needed, hours vary.
