Location: Syracuse, NY – 13210

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate:

• Travel: $65/hr

• Local: $56.20/hr

Job Description

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse – Ambulatory for an exciting Travel or Local job in Syracuse, NY.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license

• Current BLS certification (with ability to renew if needed)

• Minimum of 1.5 years of recent acute care experience (within the past 2 years) in a facility of similar size or trauma level

• Outpatient oncology experience preferred

• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered ambulatory nursing care with minimal orientation and supervision

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and clinical documentation

• Deliver safe and effective care aligned with established protocols and standards

• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients to ensure quality outcomes

Skills

• Required: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting

• Highly Desired: Previous experience in a Level I Trauma hospital
