Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare choices and provide ongoing support.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and efficient care delivery.
- Maintain professional standards while addressing patient and family needs with compassion.
What You Bring:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license.
- BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days).
- Commitment to teamwork professional growth and delivering quality care.
