Registered Nurse (RN) – OASIS Reviewer

An onsite OASIS Reviewer position is available with a mission-driven home health organization in San Juan, PR. This role is ideal for an RN with strong attention to detail, deep knowledge of OASIS documentation, and a passion for clinical accuracy and compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring proper reimbursement, clinical integrity, and regulatory adherence across the organization. The employer is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the community.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: $40,000 annually
• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (onsite)
• 26 PTO days in year one
• 8 paid holidays

Responsibilities

• Review and validate OASIS assessments for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Ensure documentation aligns with CMS regulations and internal standards
• Collaborate with field clinicians to resolve documentation discrepancies
• Provide feedback and education to staff on OASIS best practices
• Identify trends, compliance risks, and contribute to quality improvement efforts
• Ensure timely submission of OASIS data to support accurate billing and clinical integrity
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CMS, OASIS, and home health requirements

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 1+ year of nursing experience
• OASIS or home health experience preferred
• NCLEX preferred
• EMR familiarity a plus
• English Speaking Required
• Strong communication and attention to detail
