Position Title: Rehabilitation Physical Therapist (Travel Assignment)

Location: South Dennis, MA 02660

Job Type: Contract | Travel

Shift: Day (5×8-hour shifts)

Travel Pay Range: $60 – $65/hour ($2,400 – $2,600 per week approx.)

Position Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Rehabilitation Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel job in South Dennis, MA.

Responsibilities
  • Perform patient evaluations, establish measurable treatment goals, and develop individualized plans of care.

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and functional abilities.

  • Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions based on patient progress.

  • Maintain thorough clinical documentation for treatment, education, and interdisciplinary communication.

  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and ongoing care.

  • Supervise and mentor PT Assistants, Aides, and students; support onboarding of new team members.

  • Uphold departmental policies, safety standards, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Participate in professional meetings, continuing education, and skills development.

  • Complete daily patient records and billing/charge documentation.

  • Consistently deliver service aligned with core values of compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, and service.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.

  • Current BLS certification.

  • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills (English required).

Preferred / Clinical Specialist Consideration (S19T):

  • Recognized Specialty Certification in a focused clinical area.

  • Acts as a clinical resource and supports program development or supervision.
