Position Overview:

This is a remote sales opportunity where representatives earn through a structured performance-based compensation plan.

  • Base Incentive Pay at North Carolina's minimum wage ($7.25/hr) for the initial 30-60 days to support ramp-up time.

Important: The base incentive is an initial support structure to assist with the transition into commission-based earnings and is offset against future commissions. This ensures profitability for both the agent and the company as the role grows.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Outbound Sales & Lead Generation – Contact business owners through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach to introduce funding solutions.
  • Consultative Selling – Understand client needs and recommend the best financing options.
  • Deal Management – Guide businesses through the funding process, from initial application to approval.
  • Client Relationship Management – Maintain long-term relationships with clients and build a strong referral network.
  • Meet & Exceed Sales Targets – Proactively drive revenue growth through consistent client engagement and follow-ups.
