We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Hotel Scheduler to become part of our fast-paced travel team. This remote position involves managing and coordinating hotel accommodations for both individual travelers and group bookings. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all hotel arrangements are confirmed, meet client expectations, and integrate smoothly with overall travel plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and secure hotel reservations that align with clients’ travel itineraries and preferences.
Manage client accommodation schedules, verify booking details with hotels, and communicate any changes effectively.
Negotiate hotel rates and availability to obtain the best possible deals for clients.
Deliver outstanding customer support by responding quickly to hotel-related inquiries and issues.
Process reservation changes or cancellations efficiently to minimize disruption to client plans.
Work closely with other travel experts and vendors to ensure top-tier lodging solutions.
Stay informed on hotel industry trends, seasonal promotions, and exclusive offers to enhance client value.
