Serve & Close • Run 8–10 virtual benefit reviews week, educate families on life, accident, and income‑protection plans, and finalize policies via e‑signature.

Grow People • Once you’re consistent, coach new reps, run morning huddles, and spearhead mini‑teams across time zones.
