Job Description

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a Residential Siding Technician to join our team. As a Residential Siding Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of siding on residential properties. You will work to ensure that all installations and repairs are completed with precision and quality, meeting the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Our services include roofing, gutters, painting, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, drywall repair/installation and more.

As a Residential Siding Technician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and functionality of residential properties. You should have a strong background in siding installation and repair, as well as excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior results. Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair various types of siding on residential properties.
  • Maintain a high level of craftsmanship, ensuring that all work is completed with precision and quality.
  • Work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that jobs are completed on time and meet client expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and management to ensure that they are satisfied with the results of your work.
  • Identify areas in need of repair or improvement and make recommendations/estimates.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • General Liability Preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in siding installation and repair.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering superior results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
