We are hiring for a full-time day-shift restorative nursing assistant.
This candidate must have at least two years of experience working in long-term care.
Hours are varying day shifts between 6a-6pm. Let us know which shift works for you!
No night shifts, no overnights.
Our restorative aides are paid $18.28-$21.46, depending on years of experience.
2pm-10pm has a $2.00 shift differential for all nursing staff.
Description: The purpose of the RNA is to interact with the resident and provide skill practice in such activities as walking and mobility, dressing, grooming, eating, swallowing, transferring, amputation care, and communication to improve and maintain function in physical abilities and ADLs and prevent further impairment. Provide assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan. Perform restorative care on our residents.
What we require...
· All Holy Spirit Retirement Home nursing staff are required to provide proof of an active license, or certification.
· We also require all our employees to have a Mandatory Reporter Certificate for adult abuse. This is free to obtain at the website. This is a prerequisite, and employees cannot start work until this is completed.
