Summary

Position Overview:

At The Wildbirch Hotel, our ROOM ATTENDANT also known as a HOUSEKEEPER is supporting the entire housekeeping team and responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for all our hotel guests.

A valid work authorization for the USA is required - Please note that we do not provide any visa sponsoring for the listed role.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Sanitizing:

• Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Vacuuming and sweeping floors.
• Cleaning windows and mirrors.
• Emptying trash and recycling bins.

Room Maintenance:

• Making beds and changing bed linens.
• Replacing towels and toiletries.
• Restocking guest room amenities (e.g., toiletries, beverages, snacks).
• Ensuring the room is properly set and clean before the guest arrives.

Customer Service:

• Responding to guest inquiries and requests.
• Providing information about hotel services and amenities.
• Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

Other Duties:

• Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Ensuring the safety and security of guest rooms.
• Following hotel procedures and guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Physical Skills:

• Ability to lift, carry, and climb.
• 
  
  • Manual dexterity and ability to use hand and cleaning tools.

Education and Experience:

• Relevant experience in housekeeping or cleaning service work.
