If the open road, rolling waves, and crackling campfires call to you, this is your dream job! We’re hiring Camping & Boating Advisors —part explorer, part outdoor expert, and all-around fun-havers. If you're the type of person who would rather be outside on a boat or exploring in an RV than stuck indoors, this is your chance to turn your love for adventure into a paycheck!

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Parts & Accessories Expert: Help fellow adventurers pick out the perfect RV parts, accessories, and boating essentials. You’ll be the go-to guide for outdoor gear!
• RV Show-throughs: Showcase the coolest RVs on the lot! You’ll give customers tours, highlight features, and make sure they’re ready to hit the road in style in their new or used RV.
• Customer Experience Guru: Offer tips, upgrades, and insider knowledge to elevate every customer’s adventure.
• Community Builder: Connect with outdoor lovers and foster a community of explorers.
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• Outdoor Enthusiasm: A love for camping, boating, and anything that involves fresh air and excitement.
• Experience (or the Energy!): Got a background in RVs or boating? Awesome! If not, bring your passion and we’ll help you become an expert.
• People Skills: You’re a natural at connecting with people from all walks of life.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time
• Lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs
• Bending, kneeling, reaching
• Climbing and stooping
• Tolerance to work in various weather conditions

Compensation:

• $17/hour Training Period: We’ll get you up to speed with all the gear and walkthroughs.
• $14/hour + 7.5% Commission: After 90 days, you’ll earn more as you guide customers toward the best RV and boating gear.

Schedule: 

• Full-Time Schedule:  Monday through Saturday, with Sundays and either Tuesday or Thursday off.

About Our Dealership
Bretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967. Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. A search for a new camping trailer ended up turning into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers. 

Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company. We start by finding great people with high energy and then find the best place for them to be successful in our dealerships.
