Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Automotive Sales BDC Representative to join our team. As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for managing inbound leads, making outbound calls, and setting appointments for our sales team. Your role is crucial in driving sales by maintaining consistent communication with customers and ensuring a seamless transition from online inquiries to in-person visits. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond promptly to internet leads and customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Schedule sales appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
• Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads.
• Follow up with customers who have visited the dealership to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly performance goals and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent Johnson City Acura Mazda positively.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a BDC or call center role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other computer applications.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
