**Job Summary** As a Principal Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions in the Salesforce Revenue Cloud domain. Your expertise in CPQ and Commercial Lending will drive the success of our projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will ensure seamless integration and optimization of our systems enhancing our business processes and delivering exceptional value to our clients. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. + Oversee the integration of CPQ systems with existing infrastructure to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. + Provide expert guidance on Salesforce Revenue Cloud Billing and CPQ to ensure seamless deployment and functionality. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges ensuring timely and effective solutions. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture and design specifications for future reference. + Conduct regular assessments of system performance and recommend improvements to enhance scalability and reliability. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all aspects of system design and implementation. + Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ. + Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve system capabilities and business outcomes. + Monitor industry trends and advancements to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of technology. + Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with organizational goals. + Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. + Ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope timeline and budget constraints contributing to the companys growth and success. **Qualifications** + Possess extensive experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Billing and CPQ demonstrating a deep understanding of their functionalities and applications. + Demonstrate expertise in Commercial Lending and Cards & Payments with a proven track record of successful project delivery in these domains. + Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges effectively. + Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills enabling effective interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. + Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field with relevant certifications in Salesforce and CPQ. + Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. **Certifications Required** Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
